Market Incentives

This work group develops the criteria and systems for identifying hard-to serve schools and for determining hard-to-staff assignments. Market Incentives are the first bonuses to be paid under ProComp. Twenty eight schools were initially identified as hard to serve and five positions as hard to staff. One position was added for the 2006-2007 school year along with five new schools. Schools stay on the list for at least three years.
