Professional Evaluation Details

PURPOSE

Recognize and reward teachers who demonstrate proficient and distinguished practice through a professional evaluation

Satisfactory Evaluation

Salary increases of 3% Index for teachers who receive a satisfactory evaluation. Evaluations would be given every three years.

Unsatisfactory Evaluation

Delay satisfactory performance salary increase for teachers with an unsatisfactory performance rating until the teacher receives a rating of satisfactory or better.

 

Window 4.5 is Now Closed.

Window 5 will open on January 1, 2009.  Salary Setting meetings will be scheduled after the start of the new year.  Watch this space for details.
